We are excited to announce that Matt Smith has joined VS Health Group as a Vice President. Matt brings over two decades of experience in market access strategy and operations, and we’re thrilled to have him on board to support our clients in navigating complex commercialization challenges.
Matt is a seasoned market access professional with deep expertise in applying data and insights to go-to-market planning, strategic prioritization, and operational execution. He has a highly strategic mind and his work spans market access, payer engagement, and direct end-customer support, making him a valuable resource to our clients and project teams.
Prior to joining VSHG, Matt served as Vice President of Global Market Access at Kronos Bio. He also held senior leadership roles at Oncopeptides AB (publ), Dynavax Technologies, XOMA Royalty, and Medivation, where he led efforts in trade, pricing, health economics, contract operations, and managed care marketing. Matt began his career at Genentech, where he spent eight years in roles focused on market analysis and strategy for oncology products.
Matt holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Behavioral Psychology and Pre-medical Sciences from Connecticut College.
